Step-by-step guide to completing direct bank transfers with micro-deposits

**Step 1.** To add funds to your account, click on 'Add Funds.' Then select 'Direct Bank Transfer' as your funding method, choose the appropriate currency, and specify the amount you wish to transfer. Click "Proceed" to continue.

**Step 2.** After reviewing the details on the upcoming screen, you can proceed with the bank transfer. Click "I understand" to proceed with the transaction.

**Step 3.** Initiate a bank transfer using the account details displayed on the screen. For account verification purposes, your bank may deposit small sums, known as micro-deposits, to confirm the transaction's legitimacy. If these are required for your transfer, proceed by selecting the "Micro-deposits verification" option.

**Step 4.** Add the name of your bank and other details for us to identify micro-deposits. Once you have provided this information, click "Proceed" to continue.

**Step 5.** You will see a popup stating your transaction is pending. Once we receive the micro-deposits from your bank, we will notify you to complete the transaction.

**Step 6.** When your bank sends us the micro-deposits you will see an in-app notification with the amounts deposited. Click on the "Click here to complete the transfer" link under notifications.

**Step 7.** You can also click on the "Awaiting Completion" transaction in the transaction list to complete the bank transfer process.

**Step 8.** We will email you the micro-deposit amounts, then you can log in to your banking platform and follow your bank's instructions to verify and confirm the account.

**Step 9.** Navigate to the relevant transaction and select the "Complete Transaction" button to finalize the process.

**Step 10.** Read all the information before executing the bank transfer. Then click on the "I understand" button.

**Step 11.** Once the bank transfer is done, click the "I made the transfer" button.

**Step 12.** Submit the bank transfer confirmation receipt as proof of transaction, and then click "Proceed."

**Step 13.** You will see a popup showing your transaction is pending. Your funds will reflect in your Hedonova account once the transaction is verified.
