1. Sign in to the Hedonova platform using your registered email ID and password.

2. Navigate to the profile section.

3. Go to the account details section.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on "Deactivate."

5. Ensure that you've withdrawn all your funds before deactivating your account to avoid any errors.

6. After withdrawing funds, click on "Deactivate", and then review the terms and conditions.

7. Click on the checkbox that says "I agree to the terms and conditions" and then click on "Deactivate."

8. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your registered email ID.

9. Once you receive an 'Account Deactivated' popup, that means your account is permanently deactivated.
