ACH transfer step-by-step guide for easy investments

We are pleased to announce a significant enhancement to your investment experience at Hedonova, available to US clients only. We have introduced a new feature that enables seamless ACH transfers by linking your US bank account to your Hedonova account, courtesy of our partnership with Dwolla. 

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process, ensuring you can effortlessly take full advantage of this enhancement.

**Step 1:** Sign in to your Hedonova account using the mobile or web app. Click on the "Link your bank account for direct ACH debits" banner.

**Step 2:** Click on "Proceed."

**Step 3:** Enter your date of birth and Social Security number, then click "Proceed."

**Step 4:** You will receive a popup saying "Waiting for approval." Click "Done" to continue.

**Step 5:** Once you see the green banner that says, "Bank account linking request is approved," click on it.

**Step 6:** Click on the notification to complete the bank linking setup.

**Step 7:** Click on "Link bank account."

**Step 8:** Click "Continue."

**Step 9:** Select your preferred bank account.

**Step 10:** Click on "Continue," then log in and enter your details.

**Step 11:** Once your bank linking request is verified, you will see a green "Verified" tag.

**Step 12:** Go to the "Transactions" tab and click on "Add Funds."

**Step 13:** Select "ACH transfer" from the dropdown options.

**Step 14:** Choose the bank account, enter the amount, and click "Proceed."

**Step 15:** You will see a popup indicating "Payment Pending." Click "OK" to continue.

**Step 16:** You can check the status of your transaction under the transaction list.
