Summary

This role will include measuring and analyzing the performance of investment offerings and providing valuable analytics to support the sales and investment management teams, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. You will review the accuracy of reports and materials prepared both internally and by third parties. Excel-based modeling will be a key aspect of your work, as you develop and maintain models based on various business assumptions, such as equity raise, capital deployment, acquisition cap rates, and debt rates.
