How to complete KYC at Hedonova?


The SEC mandates that investment firms must perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on their clients.

Two rules governing KYC include [Financial Industry Regulatory Authority](https://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/finra.asp) (FINRA) Rule 2090 (Know Your Customer) and FINRA Rule 2111 (Suitability).\

### **To complete KYC on the Hedonova platform, follow these steps:**

1. Sign up on the Hedonova platform using your email ID.

2. To initiate the KYC process, please click on the "Complete your KYC to start investing” popup located on the dashboard.

3. Click on proceed to complete the KYC and start investing. Please make sure you have all the essential information and documents readily available, as outlined in the image below.

4. Provide your personal information. Please make sure to upload the name as per your identification document.

5. Enter your phone number to get a one time verification code.

6. Enter the verification code received on your phone.

7. Complete identity verification by adding your address.

8. Select the inappropriate document type and add the document number.

9. Upload the front side of your document. Once uploaded, scan it.

10. Upload the back side of your document. Once uploaded, scan it.

11. Once you see the “verification is complete” popup, click “Done”

12. Fill out the survey question as prompted.

13. Read the terms of service agreement and click the "Agree" button.

14. After completing the above steps, you'll see a pop-up indicating your KYC status, just like in the image below.

15. Once KYC is approved, you can start investing by adding funds to your account.
