On June 24, 2024, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission filed a Complaint in the United States District Court for the Central District of California alleging that Hedonova LLC and Hedonova Advisors LLC (“Defendants”) violated certain anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws.
